SECURITY CODE OF CONDUCT

The following principles constitute the basis of the Company’s Code of Conduct. Under no circumstances will the Company tolerate any retaliation against an employee for good faith reporting of a suspected violation of these six principles.

  1. Purpose: This Code of Conduct outlines the behavioral and professional standards expected from any security personnel assigned to represent or safeguard the interests of  our clients. Our goal is to ensure safety, professionalism, and ethical integrity in all interactions on and around our premises.
  2. General Conduct Expectations: Security personnel assigned to our client sites are expected to exhibit a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times. Maintain a neat, clean, and complete uniform. Follow client-specific policies, procedures, and protocols. Remain attentive, alert, and approachable during duty hours.
  3. Integrity and Ethics: Personnel must conduct themselves with honesty and integrity at all times. Avoid any misuse of authority or position. Refrain from accepting gifts, tips, or personal favors while on duty. Report any suspicious, illegal, or unethical activity immediately to the appropriate client and company contacts.
  4. Confidentiality: Security staff must safeguard all confidential or proprietary information encountered while on assignment. Employees must not discuss client business, staff, or security operations with unauthorized individuals. Sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if required.
  5. Professional Interactions: Security personnel are expected to treat all visitors, clients, vendors, and employees with dignity and fairness. De-escalate conflicts where possible and only apply physical intervention in compliance with law and training. Use courteous language and maintain a calm attitude under all circumstances. 
  6. Appearance and Conduct on Premises: Personnel must be punctual and present at designated posts for the entire assigned shift. Refrain from using personal devices for non-emergency communication during active duty. Avoid eating, smoking, or engaging in personal business in unauthorized areas.
  7. Safety and Incident Response: Security staff must be fully trained and prepared to respond to emergencies in accordance with both client protocols and legal requirements. Immediately report incidents involving injury, damage, theft, or security breaches to client representatives. Keep detailed and accurate records of incidents in company or client-provided logs.
  8. Compliance with Laws: All  assigned Security personnel hold valid licenses and permits for their roles. Our security staff act in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Report any legal violations or unethical conduct involving other security staff or client personnel.
  9. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Clients will expect the security service provider to enforce strict disciplinary action if any of the following occurs. Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation, substance abuse or impairment on duty, negligence or willful misconduct. Failure to report security breaches or violations.
  10. Client Rights: The client reserves the right to request immediate replacement of any personnel who fail to meet the expected conduct standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the security company. Expect corrective action for non-compliance in a timely and transparent manner.
  11. Commitment to Partnership: We expect the security services provider to work as an extension of our values, providing protection, professionalism, and partnership in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
